I could shout this from the rooftops!
But instead I get on stage and declare this to audiences because there are so many things we can do to navigate stress and prevent burnout.
(and yes, I have been known to stamp my feet while I say it)
My talks are part science, part personal story, part somatic reset. With nervous system tools, breathwork, and reflection woven into every session, I don’t just share information about burnout prevention we start preventing it, there and then in the room.
With 20+ years in tech and consulting under my belt, I get the relentless pace of high-pressure roles. I integrate my personal experience of burnout with the common milestones everyone experiences on the journey to burnout so audience members can see where they really are or have been.
I share the biology of stress so they understand what's happening and that they're not broken or different.
I share my passion and toolkit to regulate the nervous system with breathwork, eft, kundalini yoga to take people back to their bodies and themselves in realtime.
