I get it.

I used to be at the mercy of my stress response and emotions.

I was an IT management consultant when I experienced burnout 12 years ago. I no longer recognised myself, I was a shell of a human, running on autopilot - the only thing I could do well was work...

I had no idea what burnout was or what was "wrong" with me.

I wasn't sure I'd ever be myself again.
