The Breaking Point
Twelve years ago, I was the ultimate corporate performer - racing toward burnout at 100mph in IT consulting. I wore the perfect professional mask by day, but by weekends I was crying on my yoga mat - the only place I felt like myself.
My body had been screaming warnings for years: persistent acne, fertility struggles, infections that wouldn't heal, an ankle that took months to recover. But I didn't speak its language. I thought I could keep pushing through.
I was wrong.
Rock Bottom
I found myself sobbing on my kitchen floor, completely disconnected from who I really was. Staring at blank watercolor paper, unable to access any creativity, I realized I'd become a robot working on autopilot.
Life wasn't worth living in that state. I genuinely wondered if I might be permanently broken.
The Turning Point
Recovery wasn't one big change - it was thousands of tiny decisions to reconnect with and nurture my whole self. Through my journey back to wholeness and beyond to thriving, I developed what became my proprietary 7Rs of Stress Mastery framework.
Now I have the family and life I dreamed of, plus work that lights me up every single day.
