I used to be at the mercy of my stress response and emotions.
I was an IT management consultant when I experienced burnout 10 years ago - the toughest time of my life.
By prioritising what mattered most to me and adopting healthier habits I recovered.
Along the way, I've collected a wealth of stress management techniques, secured 2 yoga teaching qualifications and I've delved into the biology of how stress manifests in our bodies.
Applying these lessons, I successfully navigated the challenges of being the Head of Business Consulting during the pandemic; supporting my family and my team through tough times.
